The UVR series is subdivided into two systems: the UVR2250-1 and the UVR2250-4. The lower-efficiency UVR2250-1 system weighs around 10kg in all, and is attached by chains to the ceiling or a bracket.

The system consists of either a drawn-aluminium or stainless-steel tube. Held in place with a clamp, the high-quality axial fan delivers an airflow volume of approx. 150m³/hr, and at only 42dBA the noise level is particularly low.
