Weinfelden, 02.02.07 – In order to make our units even more user-friendly, sterilAir indoor-air disinfection devices as of now possess an operating-hours meter built into their housing. The meter monitors burn-time and ignition frequencies of the UV lamp, and signals the upcoming replacement in two stages. After insertion of the new lamp, the unit is reset and a further monitoring interval begins.

Its advantages:
Only the actual number of operating hours” of the lamp is read, and its service life is exploited to the full. At the same time, the documentation effort by maintenance personnel becomes unnecessary – the meter is self-explanatory and universally understandable!
