Flatbed reactors for processed fluids
UV impermeable media or watery fluids with a high fat, salt, protein or oil content cannot be treated with conventional flow-through systems. The density is too high and the rapid contamination of the quartz tube would prevent sustainable results. Touch-free thin-film disinfection, where the medium flows over a radiated surface, is the only effective solution.
