Installation module for HVAC-systems

sterilAir HVAC-modules can easily be retrofitted and incorporated in already existing air conditioning equipment and components. They function as an effective bactericidal 'filter' with almost no air resistance. Due to the development of special-thermo-tubes the UV emitters are protected against super cooling so that they can be positioned directly in the airflow. The number of required UV units is calculated by means of a complex software module, whereby all relevant parameters are taken into consideration.

sterilAir ES series - Installation kit for air ducts

The ES installation kit includes a 460 mm long stainless steel carrier bearing either a single UV emitter or two UV emitters. Different tube lengths and types allow the highest degree of flexibility and adaptation to adverse conditions.

  • For direct installation into air conditioning and air ducts
  • Modular and easy retrofit
  • Suitable for large volume streams
  • Application from -10°C – +50°C

sterilAir ESF series - Flexible tube angle

In contrast to the sterilAir ES equipment, the angle position of the tube holder in the ESF version is variable. This allows optimal adaptation of the unit to the given dimensions of a pre-existing air duct without consideration of a tube-dependent minimum headroom.

  • Also suitable for compact duct measurements
  • Suitable for large volume streams
  • Application from -10°C – +50°C

sterilAir EF series - The plug-in solution

UV units of the EF-series are mounted from outside of the duct via a round opening (Ø 26mm). Fixation is done by means of three M5 threaded bolts (or through bolts). This way of installation assures that apart from the UV source there are no other foreign objects in the disinfection area. Also there is no need for a service door to maintain or inspect the UV installation.

  • For outdoor mounting to air-conditioners and air ducts
  • No performance loss through special-thermo-tubes
  • Particularly easy installation
